Cancellation & no-show Policy

Thank you for trusting OsteoFix to provide you with osteopathic care. When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so yourself or contact us as soon as possible, at least 12 hours before your appointment time. This provides the ability for us to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so via the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

For a first failed attendance or late cancellation within 12 hours, we will send you a reminder about our policy. For subsequently failed attendance or late cancellation within 12 hours, we will invoice you the full appointment rates, and we would appreciate prompt payment of the invoice.
